Rules & Regulations (A)

Discipline: Absolute discipline must be maintained in college. Violation of this rule will result in disciplinary action against the offender; including dismissal will not be eligible for any certificate or refund of fees and deposits.

Identity Card: All students should carry their identity cards whenever they visit this college for classes and on other occasions. In case of loss of identity card, the student must report to the office in writhing. He can obtain the duplicate identity card by paying a fine.

Payment of Fees: The tuition fee once paid is not refundable or transferable even if the student does not attend a single class. The main examination fee has to be paid by the student as per the norms of examining the body.

Attendance: A minimum of 80% of attendance is to be maintained in all theory and 90% in practical classes to make a student eligible for the main examination. If a student is continuously found absent for 15 days without any valid reasons his name will be struck off from the college rolls.

Management Rights: Management has the right to restructure the fees and class hours depending upon the unexpected prevailing conditions, surfacing from time to time.

Legal Jurisdiction: The settlement of all legal disputes will be accepted if verdict is pronounced by the courts within the Jurisdiction of Sheohar and not otherwise.

Ragging: Ragging of any sort is a punishable offense under the governing law. Students found guilty of this are liable to face disciplinary action including referring the matter to the police.

Vacations And Holidays: Winter and summer vacations are observed as per schedule. The holiday is given according to Govt.’s guidelines. All holidays are intimated to the student in advance.

Attending Classes: Students must present themselves in the theory/practical classroom before time and should vacate the classroom immediately after the lectures are over.

          Showing proper respect to the Principal and other staff members shall be obligatory of each student. If due to some reasons, a student is asked to leave the class or Institute premises by the Teacher, Principal or any other officers; he/she must abide by it. Later he/she can address his grievance through an application.

          The student must be regular in his/her attendance for theory and practical class. In case of any genuine reason, the student or his guardian must inform the College, the reasons for is absence.

Monthly/Bimonthly Test: Monthly test is arranged regularly to monitor, control and assess the progress made by students in his/her field of studies during the previous month. This is specially done to prepare the student for final exams. It is a must for all students to take class tests. Students are required to obtain 50% marks. Any candidate obtaining less than required marks in two consecutive examinations shall not be allowed to appear in the final examination. The student must be present for all class tests. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against those who fail to attend the tests. Monthly progress reports will be sent to the Parent/Guardian stating the performance of the student.

Notice Board: It is the duty of all students to take a note of all notices displayed on the notice board for their information and compliances. Failure to read the notice displayed on the notice board will take as an excuse for their noncompliance.

Nageena-Ramdhtan Shikshak Shiksha Mahavidyalaya, of Education: Is yours; you must keep the furniture/fixtures/toilet/ classroom in good condition. If any damage occurs during training or practical, charges will be recovered from the respective student’s security.
